Effect: As long as this card remains in the graveyard, neither player may activate card effects that involve the graveyard. If this card is still in the graveyard in the third standby phase since it was sent there (as counted by the original controller of this card,) it is banished.

Grave Goblin looks extremely borked, that shuts down tons of combos. Dungeon Rocket is kinda garbage considering battle effects are pretty irrelevant at this point.

Change Grave Goblin's effect so that:
1. It has stricter summoning conditions (can't be special summoned - perhaps even make it 5 or 6 stars so it requires a tribute).
2. Instead of going to the GY, the player banishes it from the field.
3. Its effect only lasts one turn.

And it might actually be pretty cool. Dungeon Rocket is meh.

Dungeon Rocket is LITERALLY unplayable in modern times, even in the age of Millenium Shield and Labyrinth, 1800 is low attack for a 1-tribute

Grave Goblin might be a side deck staple, especially for say Pendulum Magicians. I'm not sure it's busted though since it doesn't easily activate itself.

First one is great. Dont think its broken. Or at least, not any more broken than anything youd normally see. And with Links and it being Level 4 its extremely easy to get it to the graveyard quickly.

Second monster is bad for a few reasons:

almost nobody puts anything in defense mode unless theyre desperate

if they arent desperate, then they dont care if you kill it

tribute monsters arent good except in tribute decks, and those decks have better options

and ultimately, there are several cards that do its job better, that dont require a tribute. (Grand Mole, Lightsworn Eren). And those dont even see play these days afaik
