Two step is faster.

If you want to use the key, you have to download the app and allow for the log in. Eventually becomes a bigger pain in the ass than it's worth. Especially if you delete the app and have to download it again just to get to your emails.

NP.

BTW, I just realized that you were the poster that had their account hijacked by that Irish scoundrel.

I would recommend using the key as it's more secure. I bigger pain in the ass but far more secure if you decide to continue to use this Yahoo account.

I've been happy with the key. I have multiple phones and iPads so it's never too hard to get back in. If I only had one device then I might be a little more cautious.

If you can understand this, I'm 2/cosC for you.

Some would say Gmail but it's alot of bloat if you are just looking for email. I still use Yahoo email for certain accounts I use, namely private stuff I don't want my actual name on.

Yeah, the only thing that kind of sucks is that it's a paid service (you can use it for free but the storage is very limited, like 500 MB). But, they take care of their customers. I subscribed a year ago. Last month, they gave me a bonus amount of storage for free just because I "supported their development".

The encryption is legit, too. The only thing that's not encrypted is e-mail subjects, but everything else is secured from even the developers themselves.

I don't get why they don't use an app like Authy! The damn phone or text is so slow!
