I personally love that she's preaching prioritizing mental, emotional, and cultural health in dietetics - but I feel like CE would hate this tremendously.

I have no idea what 'intuitive eating' is but just by the way the it sounds I hate it.

It's basically what is generally taught nowadays about restrictive dieting leading to yo-yo dieting and bingeing, and the importance of just finding small lifestyle changes that are sustainable and individualized -- but one step further. Intuitive eating is promoting re-learning your hunger and satiety cues, learning how to cope with anxiety and boredom other ways than through food, rejecting the idea of "dieting" and viewing it as a "time-thief," not eliminating or restricting any foods that may bring you pleasure or may be relevant to you culturally, learning how to eat for pleasure without overeating, rejecting the idea that you need to be "better" in any sort of labs or parameters as long as you're within normal limits (ie. "I'm at x percentage body fat, but I could be at x percent," "my glucose is fine, but it could be better," etc.), recognizing everyone is built differently and not shaming any particular body size, etc.

They also talk a lot about diagnosing disordered eating (a more generalized eating disorder that can refer to overly restrictive/picky eating, binge eating, etc.) and making sure other health care workers are educated on dealing with patients with a history of eating disorders.
