I say falling from the flaming rope like 3 stories to the ground and having all those paint cans fall on them right after.

Cringiest is the nail in the foot going up the stairs.

Upon rewatching, the two of them getting hit in the face with a cast iron pipe being thrown from upstairs causing them to fly off the stairs and into a hole in the floor down to the basement and then Kevin cutting down the cast iron pipe which rolls down the stairs and falls on their faces a 2nd time is definitely up there.
