This Saturday in Detroit, some football players from Denby High School, who also happen to be black, were spat upon, pelted with garbage, and taunted with racial slurs throughout the game, and it all started after the players took a knee during the National Anthem before the game, The Detroit Free Press reports.

According to Denby coach Deon Godfrey, some parents from the opposing Almont High School didnt like the fact that the players took a knee.

Our cameraman is white and was filming near some Almont fans. During the national anthem, he overheard them saying: Look at these N-words taking a knee and they dont even know why theyre doing it, and they kept going, Godfey said, adding that Denbys coaches were called w*****s and that grown men and women started spitting on our kids as they walked up the ramp. They were throwing food, cups, and whatever.

Think Trump would be proud of those morons who assaulted high school kids?

Yeah, this is pretty awful. Especially considering they decided to be defiant against being complacent with police brutality, discrimination and marginalization and were met with most of that. The indignant, hypocritical idiots spitting upon them and using racial slurs are only proving the protesters right, but most of the offended assholes are probably too indoctrinated, just plain stupid and fucking ignorant to realize they are in the wrong.

Because Trump and conservatives try to spin Kap supporters and sympathisers as unpatriotic and disrespectful to America. Given America's police / soldier worship culture, US soldiers can't possibly be unpatriotic unless they act against the best interests of the country and commit some terrible crime.
