It's funny how one of the main selling points a lot of Trump supporters used to use for him was that he "always means what he says and says what he means", but when he says something blatantly ignorant or racist, he's suddenly "just trolling the libs" and not actually ignorant or racist.

but how many more demographics do you think have gotten smarter since 2016, TC?

people are still being lazy AF with their research and STILL get mad when people tell them to research. we still have those "I will make a baseless claim and it's up to you to prove me wrong, otherwise I'm right" types.

as long as people prioritize pushing their narrative over accepting the reality that is here right in front of us, I'm willing to bet most of the more embarassing parts of history will keep repeating.

there are people who voted for Trump out of blind speculation of him "draining the swamp" without any clue(or care) about his past, and spent more time attacking people on social media than they did digging. many of them regret their vote but STILL have the same habits to make major decisions without needing any education behind it.

so while having a clown for a President is something I allowed to sink in, I know that this hasn't been a learning experience for everybody.
