I'm not sure I have room enough in my apartment for either of those. That said, 100 inches seems excessive to me, so I'd go with the 65 inch

I have a 75" 4K HDR right now. I'd take a hit in resolution to go bigger, for sure. I've never noticed a huge difference anyway. Refresh rate matters much more.

I'd need way more information than listed to make a proper decision, but given the vague features the projector has a much better chance of actually being a quality product as the TV is likely just a shitty smart TV with a TN panel.
