Went ring shopping yesterday, mostly just to look at styles and find prices. Turns out we found a ring we both adore, for only $600. Now I'm going to try and rush to see if I can get it in a couple weeks, because if so I'm proposing when we visit her family in Minnesota :)

There are a lot of cool little spots in Minnesota. Depending on if you are going more rural or urban. Both have their charms there.

good luck TC! i proposed to my fiancee about 2 months ago. i was so nervous! i did it on a surprise birthday trip to canada. i was mulling over when to do it and eventually i just went for it lol.

cool, just make sure to ask the salesperson if the diamond is certified (GIA certified is best). shouldnt be an issue at a big retailer like Ben Bridge. you want to be able to certify the quality of the diamond so that you know your ring is worth what you're paying, you'll also need this if you decide to get insurance for the ring. they may not certify diamonds under a certain price point but it's always good to ask, just so you know what you are buying.
