Only doing pushing exercises not only neglects most of the muscles in your upper body, it gives you bad posture and hunchback

So? I work 12 hour shifts, have a wife and kid, play 2 hours of video games each night, and still work out almost everyday.

Working out is MUCH easier when you're just playing as CJ. Wouldn't you much rather play as CJ?

Try weight training, I find it to be way more fun than at home workouts because you can see progress easier.
