Depends on how good your coverage/deductible is. Theyre not all the same. Some definitely get it much better than others

The benefit mostly comes in the form of reduced OOP costs due to pre-negotiated rates until the deductible has been reached, then the insurance covers either most (if OOP max has not been reached) or all of the remaining bills for the year (not counting prescriptions).
