Congrats man, keep it up. I started back in June and have lost almost 30 pounds. I haven't made any drastic changes, just less snacking and lots more exercise

Nice man. What was the main thing you took out your diet?The two biggest things Ive changed is cutting out all carbonated beverages and Ive started keeping a food diary on a phone app I downloaded. The latter has made a massive difference as now I have some idea of how much Im consuming and when to stop eating. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Congrats, biggest step for me was cutting soda, sweets, pasta, pizza, and bread. Eventually did keto and I lost 60 pounds in 6 months. Learning a lot about nutrition, reading labels for ingredients, and counting macros helps massively.
