It is funny how they are trying to hide behind removing the cut from everyone. Why would Google ever say yes?

It says they've been self-distributing the game on Android devices since 2018. I'm curious what benefits they hope to reap from moving to the Play Store, and why they feel they should not have to pay for it.

Their argument basically boils down to "we think they charge too much " but Epic is not required to use this service to distribute their game, and it's really not up to them to decide how much money another company should be allowed to charge for their products and services.
