I'm familiar with The Star Spangled Banner stuff, but not Amazing Grace or the Ice Cream Truck Song

The ice cream songs tune has been around a lot longer than 1916. Isnt it based off of turkey in de straw?

I looked, and it seems like the song in the video is a variation of it, but Turkey in de Straw has its own racist history:

"Turkey in the Straw" was initially a popular tune for fiddle players. In the late 1820s and early 1830s, "Turkey in the Straw" was performed in minstrel shows by blackface actors and musicians, notably George Washington Dixon

Okay first to quote old school Loveline, "Ah! Fire Alarm"

Second, Ya the Star-Spangled Banner is a very violent song.
That is one reason I like Jimi Hendrixs version of it so much.
He's the only one I know of that actually portrayed some of the violence.

And ya, Turkey in Straw is how I always knew what they are calling the Ice cream truck song.
But a lot of songs took their melodies from other songs..Such as..

Also, God bless America should never upstage the anthem, at any rate, but often does at ball games.
Side note: I'm pretty sure Yankee doodle is a parody of an English song.

And finally, for now, I always felt, This Land is Our Land, by Woody Guthrie, is a better Anthem.
For what it's worth, it at it least has a decent vibe to in, lyrics wise.
