I got a new bed recently and have been sleeping like a baby in it. Last night I got 9 hours but I think I average 8.

I'm honestly not sure that any fully-employed person manages to sleep 8 hours a night. >_> The actual average is probably 7 or fewer. Personally, I tend to sleep around 4 hours, sometimes broken up into a nap and then 3 hours later on.

Less for me during the week but when I'm off work on the weekends, I tend to sleep longer.

My sleep is virtually random. Sometimes I sleep 3 hours fine, sometimes I sleep 18 hours fine... sometimes I sleep 6 hours and am exhausted.

I get 5-6 hours during the week then get 12 hours on the Saturday then 5-6 on the Sunday assuming I'm not wrecked.

Less. Though, 8 hours might not be the right amount of sleep. And that probably doesnt matter because scientist also think people are sleeping wrong... Or whatever...

6 most days. I have the time to sleep the full 8 but it feels like such a waste with work eating up enough of my time already and 6 works for the most part.

Lately, I sleep 3 hours at a time. Then I get vacation time and the first 12-16hours I am usually asleep.

5 to 5.5 hours on average I get during the week. On the weekend I get a little more like 6 to 6.5

Didn't vote in the poll. My sleep schedule is very inconsistant In any given week i have days where I sleep about 8, more than 8 and less than 8, and probably a couple of days a month where I get zero. I sleep when I get tired, and wake up when I wake up, or when I need to get ready for work.
