Like... what's a God card compared to looking at the opponent's hands and strategy, unlocking your opponent's psyche, trading places with a guy that'll just auto win you the games, mind controlling your opponents, PREDICTING THE FUCKING FUTURE

Yeah I know Ishizu freaking lost for some reason, but no, I honestly think that's more Ishizu's fault than anything. She literally had it in the fucking bag, and her trap card thing also should've worked for the blue eyes Kaiba tributed Obelisk to summon.

But seriously, any one of the millenium item should render it impossible for you to ever summon the God cards in the first place. The only way to counter a millenium item is to have another one.

IIRC, that trap card effect only works across one tribute. What's bullshit is that he even had the cards to perform the next tribute after his deck was basically destroyed.

Yeah Ishizu was pretty terrible. She probably actually could've beaten Marik (if she weren't terrible that is)
