This time I took plenty of blows to the head and got smacked into a door hinge. Putting my arms up in defense made it worse and earned me more and harder hits. Making any audible reaction to being hit means I need to be hit more.

they hit their own head very hard with both hands and pretended to seize, then accused me (and beat until I admitted and apologized) of being the one that hit them this way.

but hey at least Im about to lose my job and I have no savings!

There is no possibility of TC being the victim because he's the male, and his partner knows this and is using that against him.

You just need to go. Go far away. Cut off contact with your current life and begin elsewhere. It's the only way I know.

Or hidden cameras in your home, where you can document proof. That might be a viable option. I just don't know how undisclosed cameras and audio recording devices legally hold up, maybe it depends on the state.

I used a ipod nano video to secretly film an abusive woman. Document shit. But I never told the police about it just got out and never looked back and you should too.

if i try to call 911 they start hurting themself to frame me. Last time they were pulling out chunks of hair and shoving them into my hands.

they regularly threaten to kill me and hurt themself, say im giving them no choice but to die, etc. accuse me of not allowing them to dump me but then if i agree we should break up have a meltdown and threaten suicide.

Say im a rapist yet routinely pressure/scream me into sex; you know, as victims do. If we have sex, something always happens to make it rape. If i stop having sex w them its also a problem.

i continue to post here about it not so much for sympathy but because it is something easier to hide but that is still a concrete account of things as they are fresh in my head, and presumably would be accessible if need be.

i am considering going to live with my cousin in colorado.

i dont have a ton of photos of the marks they leave on me because its not safe to have on my phone and they will often keep me at their place and/or not let me out of sight until hand prints and raised tattoos fade back out. My sister has a number of photos of black and blue bruises on her phone.

They were raised in an abusive household and i suspect this is how they know to hit hard without leaving bad bruising.

But, and this is purely venting, as a survivor of sexual abuse, the absolute fucking LAST thing I ever want is to have sex with the person who raped me again. This is, primarily, how I have managed to keep a semblance of my sanity and know that I did not rape this awful, hateful person, and that they are a manipulative and disturbed person with whom sex was never going to be healthy.

My dad used to beat the shit out of me with one of those things you put at the bottom of the front door to keep the breeze out. It was fabric and full of some kind of pellet, it wouldn't bruise, but 25+ times to the head and it felt like a baseball bat. Abusers will always be that way, there's no fixing it. You are just living with it and accepting it right now. Police will not be on your side. They will cling to every word those women stay and look at you like a piece of filth.

There's no legal way of protecting yourself, just go man. I can't stress this enough. If you have an out, and someone in Colorado willing to take you in, jump on it now. You won't win with the police, or in court. There's no positive result with you staying where you are.

Stop giving advice right now, you clearly have zero concept of this kind of scenario.

I don't know how much more idiotic you can be if you think police show up, TC has no bruises or proof of abuse, and the women involved do due to self inflicted harm, and TC gets out of this on top. It doesn't happen that way.

TC calls the police right now, TC is in jail tomorrow. I'd bet my life savings on it.

TC are you a shut-in? I'm not trying to be rude, or disrespectful, but are you comfortable in your own home? Do you hate change? Do you typically not want to go anywhere, not want to leave the house?

I'm wondering if this is the obstacle with you. My best friend is similar, he's borderline argophobic at this point and his fear of leaving his comfort zone outweighs making rational decisions to get out of abusive and mentally disabling scenarios.

I was, then I wasnt, and now I am again. On rare occasions I try to do anything its usually sabotaged via meltdown. Most of my friends have moved on, only a few really know whats going on. Getting like a 2-3 day stretch where I can just chill at home is both incredibly rare now and straight up the only thing that pulls me back to reality, even if not seeing them that long usually comes with consequences.

I had a really vibrant social life, compared to what I once had and now have, a couple years ago, but thats been kinda irreparably damaged and I have lost pretty much all of the skills I developed in interacting with people. I was an isolated kid and so being in a cool band really thrust me out into the world and saved me in a lot of ways, but now Im back to barely being able to speak or make eye contact.

Im also not going to be able to continue playing music publicly/openly once I leave this person and that terrifies me.
