Wow, Mawile's physical options are garbage, literally can't learn a damaging Steel move in RSE. Maybe Sludge Bomb? At least Poison can take advantage of its average Attack stat.

Mawile's Gen III movepool is so bad you should probably just throw like Return/Brick Break/Sludgebomb on it and then Swords Dance.
But not if any of those moves would work better on different Pokemon.
