I wouldn't say I shit my bricks necessarily, as I haven't had cavities in years and have great dental hygiene habits, but I do have a sensitivity to certain "scraping" sounds/feelings (such as a knife cutting a plate the wrong way, nails on a chalkboard, etc.), and lying there for half an hour while they scrape my teeth is very unpleasant.
