He's impeached by not acquitted until a trail is held in the senate and since before this republicans made it clear they'll kill it dead despite any evidence because fuck liberals, the dems are with holding the papers until republicans either lose senate majority or actually look past their party loyalty and hold trump accountable for his corruption. Basically a snowball's chance on the senate floor. Meanwhile Trump will be furious because without that acquittal in theory Trump could win again but republicans lose the senate and dems keep the house meaning those impeachment papers will go to the senate since now there's enough dems in there to make it possible to remove him effectively ending his second term before it really begins.

No, he's impeached. He just can't be "exonerated" of that designation until the Senate gets the papers...But as of this moment he has been impeached. it is official. he is officially the 3rd US President to have been impeached. you should probably learn things before making topics.
