We were decisively winning when we chose we no longer wished to continue fighting that war. We did not lose that war as people like to act like. We were winning it decisively when we chose to end participation.

By kill ratio the US has never lost except possibly to the CSA and Britain. The US definitely lost by kill ratio to the CSA in the East, not sure if the West made up for it.

I did, and I'm questioning the validity of the conclusion/how out of context it is because the Twitter account is either a parody account or purposely being dishonest about literally every other clip it has posted.

Dude, it's not random. He's talking about where the problem of domestic violence/sexual assault being "acceptable" came from. He's saying it's not "imported" from Africa or Asia, it's a problem that has always been in our culture.

He was talking about sexual assault reporting in colleges, and there was no mention of it being imported from other cultures until he decided to explicitly say it was imported from our culture in Europe, an absolutely pointless aside.

I think this is just a misunderstanding of his intent.

He's specifically speaking out against the far right/white nationalist viewpoint. His argument is that "This was always a problem with European culture" and why he was giving examples of that. He's telling white supremacists "African and Asian immigrants didn't come in and suddenly we had sexual assault being okay out of nowhere. It always existed in this white, European culture you insist is pure and great and awesome."

Yes, he's Joe Biden, and he's not exactly making it as clear as he should because, as we agree, he's a senile old man.

But what he's saying is in line with the point he's trying to make, whether you agree with the point itself or not.
