Um the first one as 2 is a direct sequel and I cant remember when Outsider happens but even if it is a prequel, prequels should always be played/watched last.

Dishonored 1 and 2 are both solid games.
DOTO is basically standalone DLC for D2, and is much shorter than the main games. If you didn't get the Dishonored GOTY edition when it was given out on PS+ years ago, you should track it down -- lots of fun stealth action in a brutal world. DOTO is probably the least essential, but is cheap and sometimes bundled with D2, so there's that. --- Take me down from the ridge where the summer ends And watch the city spread out just like a jet's flame ... Yeah, it's still fun. It has sort of a cel shading thing going on so the graphics don't feel as aged as other titles from that timeframe

Maybe aged a little. D2 is a lot smoother in important areas, although you may not like all the gameplay tweaks. IIRC, peeking out from cover was nerfed somewhat.

I thought it was a pretty smooth experience when I played it back in the day, a lot cleaner than the Thief game that came out around that time.
