You wake up tomorrow with the super power of true immortality and imperviousness, except... you don't actually know it. You no longer age, get sick, require sustenance or rest (you can still eat sleep or breath if you choose too, but no longer require it) and you're completely impervious to harm.

I bet it would take most people a little while to realize their ability.

I'd think something was pretty weird almost immediately because my eczema cleared up in the span of eight hours, but it'd probably be a while before I came to the conclusion that I was immortal.

Nope. You can't be hurt at all. Like if you took a knife and tried to stab yourself, it would get just to the point of pain then go no further. The knife would break.

Not physical pain. You can't turn your ability off.

Being immortal would be cool for the first trillion years or so. After the planets are gone and all the stars have died, it would kinda suck. Just floating in nothingness forever. Getting pulled into a black hole, but not being crushed because of your power, would be interesting.

Would make it impossible to perform surgery on you. Also would mean your metabolism would probably prevent you from ever actually gaining muscle mass or losing weight.
