I just found out youtube has the option of 360 degree VR uploads. You can watch them on a PC and drag the screen to look around, but if you watch it on your phone (assuming it has a gyroscope which is most modern phones) it acts like a VR headset (through the youtube app) and you can move the phone around to look in all directions.
