38 y/o Fur Freak, Jonathan Watkins from Kentucky, a Hunter was arrested for SKINNING 4 of his NEIGHBOR'S DOGS so he can make a DOGGY COAT!!

The Floyd County Trailer Trash was charged with torturing a dog and tampering with evidence

Police got a call regarding animal cruelty and when police arrived, a neighbor said Watkins came to his home and asked for a cigarette and was covered in blood

Watkins had tol him "i've been skinning dogs"...

He didn't believe him at first since he has a history of mental issues but when he later saw that looked like animal skins and dog carcasses on his front porch railing, an arrest was made

The neighbor was missing 2 dogs and thought another neighbor was missing 2 dogs

A state trooper found a large hunting knife and blood on his clothing and when asked what he was doing, Watkins said "I'm making myself a doggy coat"

Watkins said he stabbed the dogs but admitted a couple were still alive when he SKINNED them ALIVE before throwing their bodies over a hill

He told them "There isn't anything wrong with making myself a fur coat. It's not illegal to wear fur. It's cold and i need keep myself warm."

He is held in Jail withoutbond and will undergo a psych examination to determine if he's a loony toon.
