Doesn't help some tv shows and whatnot actually intentionally seek out the weirdos and will force all the normal ones out of an area to help perpetuate the image. Then again I remember all the cheering and bragging about teen pregnancy years ago like it was an accomplishment. I'm pretty sure the lottery only just started recently in MS, but they probably had things set up to figure out it was a fake as they worked with other states to set it up for at least a year. As for the bad idea? But they were already redeemed so they weren't worth shit. Still getting the bar code size correct was impressive.
