26 y/o Heifer, Madalyn Arnett from Ohio was a social studies teacher serving a 4 year prison sentence for having sex with a 16 y/o student was seen SOBBING UNCONTROLLABLY while asking for an EARLY RELEASE from prison!!

She stood sobbing in front of the judge and begged for mercy despite pleading guilty last March for sexual battery and was sentenced to 4 years in the big house

Less than a year behind bars, the disgraced Franklin High School teacher had defense lawyers file a motion asking for him to release her ahead of schedule arguing she had a "positive attitude" and has acquitted herself while working in food service at the correctional facility

Her lawyers said she accepted responsibility for her actions and is "extremely remorseful"

If released, the former educator who gave BIRTH in PRISON to her 3rd chid would stay with her family and actively look for work elsewhere

The prosecutors are against early releae pointing out she used her position of authority to victimize the 16 y/o student by sending nude photos on social media and had sex in the car

Judge Timothy Tepe has scheduled a hearing for March 16 for early releaes

The student, now 18, approached Arnett on what he could do to BOOST his GRADES..after initially refusing to help him, she contacted him on social media and begn exchanges that were "sexual in nature"

She just gave birth to her 2nd daughter at the time and then sent nudes of herself and videos.

It wasn't until March 23, 2018 when she picked him up to go to a parking lot and had sex in the back

The school admins grew suspicious and found them out and called police..

If released early,she will be required to register as a sex offender..
