What would you prefer to happen for these behaviors individually?

Assume elementary school (or middle/high if you want)

- swearing in class
- hiding under tables to avoid work
- calling other kids names (fat, ugly, stupid etc)
- hitting or kicking or biting the teacher
- throwing things around the room.

i had someone in town call me that yesterday didn't take offense to that but they got pissed off that i was attempting to take over their gym not even 15 mins later after i taken it.

blue team can't hog all the gyms it's first come first serve.
worst of all it was an immature middle schooler taking the game too seriously.

Most of those behaviors likley are the result of some sort of disability. It's very difficult to find the right course of action in these cases, and it causes a lot of anger among people who don't live with children with special needs.

Providing the right support would be the answer, but what is the "right" support, and how does the school find the funidng for it?

In general, children don't behave that way unless something is very wrong somewhere (except the swearing, especially with older kids).

This should be met with the teacher taking the kid, sitting him in front of the class and hold a roast session

Detention at worst for all but attacking the teacher, attacking a teacher is an expellable offense.

Unless the student has a behavior-related IEP.

First three would be fine with some sort of demerit system, with incrementally severe punishments for how many they rack up.

The last two would probably be an immediate trip to the principals office for the rest of the period, and would probably be documented. Depending on how often this is a problem, different courses of action would be looked at. (Detention, Suspension, Counseling, etc)
