I listened to it for the first time a while ago, and although I don't remember much of it, I don't remember it being paritcularly experimental or postmodern at all. I dunno. Perhaps it was considered very experimental for 1967 (lulz). Many of The Beatles' listeners were baby boomers, after all. What do YOU think? I just remember it being...basically a "normal" album. But it's been a while.
