Is that indicating anything concerning multiplatform releases or are these just inflated numbers reflecting their PC exclusives? Obviously they're going to make bank when they're the only distributor to a particular game.

Just to compare some of those figures
- 100 million accounts - 200 million games+ claimed - $23 million spent by Epic to give discounts and coupons (does this include the free games? I don't think it is) They've proven that a lot of people do use the Epic Games Store but I don't think they're quite at the mecca for third parties that they were hoping to be just yet.
