Ive been working out for a while, and am looking pretty good. But I really want to lower my body fat % to the point that my abs show a bit more.
Id gotten used to eating like a MAD MAN to gain weight. Went from 130 to 170, so that worked. But now that Im trying to lose fat, sticking to a 2,000 calorie diet has me feeling hungry after any meal besides breakfast lol.
