It's like the Mike Tyson thing. A woman scorned type story. Deserrie Washington thought she'd actually be with Mike, but once the act was over and he got what he wanted and sent her off it became a dirty act.
As for the Kobe thing....I believe it was consensual until he went to the backcourt. Either he was drunk or on something and didn't notice the discomfort she was in.
