But those don't exist. Plus buffets are automatically fast food because you go in get a plate and eat. Faster than any fast food place unless it's busy but the same could be said for said fast food franchise

IIRC this was during the government shutdown so the kitchen staff wasn't working.

But there was a Trump hotel nearby that could have catered.

Still, I'd probably prefer to smash on fast food in the White House.

People rag on Trump for the whole fast food thing, but at least he fed them. Probably even from his own money, tbh. When this whole thing happened, I tried to determine if it is even customary to feed sports teams. I found an article where a team visited Obama and got fed nothing, the school had to spend around $1,500 for packed lunches.
