Yeah they may be few and far between, but they definitely exist. These folks definitely seem SoL when it comes to being represented in any way. Yet it's the Trumpists that claim to be "marginalized" (rofl).

RIP non-cultist Republicans?

Just vote Trump anyway. If you care about the Supreme Court getting Trump in helps if Ruth retires/dies. Either way if you a Republican voting GOP better then voting democrat. Democrats do this all the time.

Joe Walsh dropped out, but maybe you can write him in.

Depends on your state OP. If you not in a swing state and live in like Alabama, NY, California, etc your vote swing doesn't really have that much impact as it would in those swing states.

If they truly believe in democracy, they can vote for the Democratic candidate. Even if it's Bernie Sanders, they can go ahead and hold their noses and pull that lever for the democratic socialist.
Most of them will vote Trump, of course.

I don't understand why people get so worked up about national politics. There is nothing you can do to influence anything, therefore, you should not care about it.

No matter who president is, you control your day-to-day living and no one will affect that.

Focus on local government if you want to make a difference.

Democrats do this all the time.

Actually Republicans are more notorious for doing this. Despite the fact they claim they're a party of principles, most just conform to whatever Republican they have in front of them to beat back those dirty Democrats. There are far more divisions in the Democratic party and certainly enough people that wouldn't vote for a specific Democratic candidate if there's is not nominated.

Ill vote depending on who gets the Dem nod.

If its Buttigieg or one of the lesser knowns, Id vote them (Buttigieg is my preferred candidate over all, including Trump) But if its Warren, Biden, or Sanders, voting Trump.

I didnt vote last time around.

According to Joe Walsh, a lifelong republican, you're supposed to vote Democrat.

Donald Trump is not a republican he's a fascist imposter. He just ran on the Republican ticket like Ron Paul (libertarian) did back in 2008.

Maybe if you are white straight and christian this might be true. Minorities though Trump's government is certainly fucking over, especially people of middle eastern or hispanic descent. Let's also not forget that one of the chief GOP goals is to get a supreme court conservative enough to strip gays of the right to marry, which strips them a great number of tax breaks, inheritance rights, and the chance to be on their spouse's insurance.

I dont like most of the Dems running for Pres. Warren is fake, Biden seems clueless, and Im just not a fan of Sanders policies. Buttigieg seems far more moderate than the rest and his biggest platforms (Climate, prison reform, LGBT Equality) are things that any sane person should agree with. Plus I have more respect for the guy too because of his service. Hes just all around likeable to me, even if I dont agree with his views on economics.

I guess fuck all your fellow Americans then.

This is so lazy. God forbid I want a president that is going to benefit me in some way and not moralize to me about how I'm supposed to care about other people who in turn don't give a shit about me.

Is Bernie against border security? Is any democrat against it? That seems to only be republican fear mongering.

It isn't fear mongering when on his campaign site, he's for stopping deportations (because they're "cruel and inhumane"), expanding DACA, disbanding both ICE and CBP. Sure sounds like he's not going to enforce our borders to me.

The GOP has lurched so drastically to the right that almost anyone pre-Tea Party has more in common with Democrats.

Frankly given how Trump has defiled their party the more reasonable ones should consider changing teams and using the rudderless direction of the Democrats as an opportunity.

I know Rick Wilson has a group that is doing this in an outsider capacity. And a lot of notable ex-GOP that will only sit back and commentate on the downfall.

Dude, you don't need a president to tell you not to give a shit. You can do that all on your own. Hell, you can do that in the wilderness.

Countries exist because people wanted to work together and be more than the sum of their parts. If you don't want that, fine, but don't expect a government to mold itself to that idea.
