Yes, but it sucked ass and it didn't even feel canon (nearly all FM games are canon and it's one of the most supplemental material heavy franchises around). I want a real Front Mission you know, an SRPG with a nice story.

Sadly, all mech-based franchises are doomed to die. Front Mission, Armored Core, Zone of the Enders, Mechwarrior, Titanfall (well, maybe not confirmed dead yet but...), etc. Only Gundam ges to live on, but you're basically screwed with that one unless you live in Japan anyway.

With this gen, Banpresto and Bandai have actually been very good at getting those games out of Japan in English. Even Super Robot Wars.

Even Sakura Wars has apparently been resurrected.

Even Sakura Wars has apparently been resurrected.

The latter is selling poorly due to the change in battle system, Sakura Taisen is not meant to be an ARPG, the games are SRPG save for the spinoffs.

True, but you still need to import and more importantly even know the games exist in the first place. In terms of actual releases in the West we don't have much. They also did a fairly decent job back in the PS2 days and then basically buggered off for several years. All we really got between then and now were the Dynasty Warriors Gundam games so I'm not holding my breath on them remaining consistent.

For SRW, yes, even if English versions exist,the licensing issues still persist. It seems everything not dragged down by licensing does not have that issue. The SRW games are region locked on Steam, SD Gundam CrossRays is not.

I didn't know Cross Rays existed until it popped up on the Top 10 message boards for PS4 a little while back. I want to complete all of Genesis' scenarios first though despite how tempting it is with the Wing and 00 suits.
