My mother used to breed them to show & take to competitions & that sort of thing, they had their own well-insulated combination shed & individual hutches, & when you walked by it you could hear them chattering away amongst themselves ... Looked up stuff, added up costs, and saw 2 I liked in petsmart. Found out they can't live alone so I thought the 2 I liked would be good since they're in the same box already. They can go really thin even as adults so sometimes he would get through the cage bars. Correct food, nutrions, what vegetables and fruit they can eat, good fresh hay, floor time every day. They need LOTS of space to be happy.
