I saw this earlier. Neat stuff. Also I like that the comments mentioned ACE and OoT being a modified SM64 engine meaning it's possible if we can figure out how to execute it here.

tl;dw: Star is in Cool Mountain's slide in the middle of the bottomless pit, but it's hardcoded to be invisible and has no collision coded in it, so it was probably just leftover data from the devs and you can't "collect" it without hacking the correct values into it If I had to guess, it might have something to do with the fat penguin race after collecting 120 stars but they scrapped it later. --- ... So I'm not the only one? Most of the game is fine tbh. I remember playing DDD once and after getting the Bowser Sub star the hatch opens leaving this big black hole in the wall. Well I learned the hard way once when going for 100 coins that this particular hole sucks you in. I found it a little terrifying lol. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

Dont people noclip around the stages looking for exploits? Don't hackers examine the games code? Wouldnt a 121st star have already been found over a decade ago?
