Is that really the education sustems fault? I mean I think its more on the individuals that don't take their own education seriously or their parents raising them badly

In the case of the U.S., yes. Teachers are underpaid and underfunded. "No child left behind" was a failed program that forced administrators to promote children that were underdeveloped. Common core is a terrible educational platform.

teachers dont decide what or how to teach kids anymore

the whole system is fucked. Teenagers graduate high school without ever having learned how to balance a budget or do their taxes

thats a much bigger problem than you can just blame on individuals. If you want people to be self-reliant, teach them how to be successful

There are many more lawmakers than there are politicians, so every now and then we hear something like this. A representative or senator would never get away with this. They would probably get away saying something a third as bad.

The guy is genuinely scary as hell though. "I would murder my children on the spot if they were gay lol" Then what's worse is that he expected her to laugh, like he's normally surrounded by people who would laugh at that.

Youre right that there are sometimes individuals that just cant really be helped no matter how hard you try

But I also think schools spend too much time on things that dont really help mold kids into very capable people and that leads them to being very vulnerable to being bamboozled by corrupt politicians

There isn't much they can do if their parents think they hung the moon and everything is the teacher's fault. The parents jerk the administration and teachers around now. Little Timmy deserves an A and Mr./Mrs. Teacher just picks on him.

There was a time when teachers could smack kids with a ruler or something to get them to pay attention, those days are long gone now. There big threat now is possible detention or suspension which to kids that don't give a shit about school are very silly threats.

Even still not paying attention isn't really against school rules unless said student is playing games on their phone or something.

NowThis is an absolute garbage outlet.
