Where you can make your own art, music, games, models, and share them across the world, you can use other people's assets to make your own creation or tweak them, and of course you can play and experience all their creations too. It's pretty magical and the cool thing is you can even download people's games - if they permit you to, and you can tweak that or study how they made certain things work. Oh, and you can even make movies too, and even record dialogue. So yeah, it's just nuts to me. I wouldn't call it a game engine but a very extensive creation tool. This game has EXTENSIVE yet easy to understand, charming tutorials that take you step by step. So to answer your question, there is no more accessible 3D morling tool out there.
