This part of the story is funny to me: the family first denied that there was a fight period. Then they claimed that if there was a fight, they weren't in it. Meanwhile the video only has something like 6 million views showing all of them throwing hands and all their faces clearly visible in it. Long story short they didn't really cooperate with the police, so the video is the primary evidence the state had to go on. Someone pointed out on local TV that Disneyland security is located mostly where the money is - aka the souvenir shops and the gates. Anywhere else may take them a while.
