I assume they would just get the neccessary funding from the federal government in case of an emergency.

But could they be able to break a contract if they snuck in a simple clause like denying coverage because someone went to a public event or something? I imagine there is some sick weirdo figuring out how they can make millions or billions hoping for an outbreak.
