Neh. I rarely feel sexual towards either gender anymore. Life's easier when you do that. I also think butt stuff seems super uncomfortable and I want no part of it on either end. But I guess you could be gay and still not like the idea of buttstuff. That would make stuff pretty difficult. Wait, how did I get here. I was talking about long hair

Letting other men decide your fashion choices is lamer than long hair. Honestly, the more men that tell me to cut it, the more I get out of pushing against it. Plus, I wouldn't be mad to get one them weird chicks that like long hair on guys. Also, part of it is that change is scary and Im in too deep.

Actually, the only reasons that you have given so far in this thread that you want long hair besides that you're "in too deep" and afraid of change (which isn't a reason that you want it) is that you get some kind of enjoyment out of seeing yourself as rebellious when people say you should cut your hair. Saying "I wouldn't be mad if I met a chick who likes long hair" isn't the same as "I have long hair to attract chicks who like long hair."

True on the last part. But the other reason is a big factor. Change being scary trumps once in every great while, a guy tells me to cut it off and I smirk. I'm also completely ok with you viewing it that way, but what else am I doing that I can't argue with you about it. And it would be dumb for me to think people's views of me don't play into it on any level, Im a human, of course it does. It's just not as significant as you think it is. My biggest motivation to cut it would be the sleeping and playing with my dog issues. I appreciate you being a vehical for me to give it deeper thought tho.

Ah, my boy constantly does that with his facial hair for work and always regrets it. Facial hair is another thing I imagine is hard to let go of after so long. Guys always look weird when you see their chin again for the first time in 3+ years.

I disagree with trying to list being afraid to cut your hair as a reason that you want long hair. It's not desire based, it's fear based. You wouldn't say that somebody who has chronic lower leg pain from a birth defect wants that leg pain if they're afraid to let doctors amputate it at the knee, would you? Because keeping the leg pain isn't desire based, it's fear based.

My hair was about that long ~5 years ago, but I'm half-black so it was a huge afro instead of "long" lol

I like it that way though. Having waist-length hair seems very annoying

When I was younger, I made a decent amount of created characters black with afros :p. Being a hip hop fan, I thought that was one the coolest looks. Still do, I'm just more into the characters actually representing me now. Well, with added scars.
