Yes it is but with it only being a 15 it really isn't going to show much and you act like the US never makes weird shit like the incest story line in GOT for example. I've never watched Eromanga and probably never will as it doesn't appeal to me for obvious reasons but saying this one show = what all manga/anime is like is both idiotic and ignorant.
