Hey guys! I'm a level 30 human playing on the NA servers and, I gotta say, the microtransactions in this game are killing me. They claim it's free to play but then require items like 'food' and 'pants' and, while you can technically farm the wilds for those things, the spawn rates are so low they may as well be lying. Thankfully I've got some nice guild-mates in two higher-leveled human party members and a feline player to help me out; but I don't know how much longer I can keep paying these microtransactions. Most of the high-end loot and gear is locked and requires a guild to obtain, but the guilds have frankly stupid gear requirements. Most won't even consider you unless you have college level loot already, nevermind what the actually successful ones require. I'm also noticing a TON of bugs in this game. I mean, the infamous 'Respawn after 3 days' glitch alone is still highly sought after but I'm referring to things like the glitch were completed objectives mysteriously uncomplete only to recomplete again. The 'Deja Vu' glitch. I hear people claim it's server connections but no one has figured it out. Plus the design mechanics are just terrible. Spend too much time learning the lore and your games resolution slowly lowers until you have to pay for the 'glasses' microtransaction if you want to keep playing at a reasonable resolution. What were the devs thinking with that one? Worse, all players get this annoying 'reproduction' quest that's next to undoable if you play solo. I get now why so many people play classes that don't need other players for it like bacteria; because it's annoying as heck to have around in my quest log. I hear some players will pay other players just to complete it and get it out of their quest log.

He's gone on record in the past saying he won't do that because of things like furries. Some players use high-end fabrics and textile skills to find work-arounds already in the game, but imagine if they actually had access to the dev tools.

I find I'm getting closer to permanent death each time I log into the server but I am levelling up rather fast for someone who doesn't go out and grind XP. I'm a solo player too but do see a lot of co-op players around. Most with much different classes than myself. I don't interact with those people much as they make my play session more cumbersome than it needs to be. I do have NPC's that help me out from time to time though and those often generate some great buffs. Currency isn't that much for me but I don't really need much for my play sessions at this point. It's a simple game I play.

Dude. You can't fast travel at all. They do that stupid 'cinematic' thing like with WoW and flightpaths. The best you can get is if you get someone else to control the mount while you rest up.

That only works on NPC's. Players usually get choice though the in-game fees are usually so brutal that they'll accept if they can.
