She commanded the runway as she took selfies with fans and took questions from the press in her first american movie. However she did receive great controversy last August when she posted on the chinese site weibo SUPPORTING her home country of CHINA in a Pro-Hong Kong Police post regarding the protests where she said "I support the Hong Kong Police. You can beat me up now" Thousands of fans vowed to boycott the film after her pro-china post as disney did not make any statement on it. The film is still set to release March 27th as many other films have been delayed because of coronavirus fears and failing box offices as recently as Pixar's Onward which debuted at a disappointing 68M worldwide. No Time To Die has already been delayed all the way to November, My Spy was pushed to April while Peter Rabbit was pushed to August. Other blockbuster films may soon follow if box office numbers continue to dwindle in the crucial summer season. As far as the pro-China thing goes, just because you're hot doesn't mean you're smart. And it wouldn't be unheard of for her as a public figure to be pressured by a government to not go against them. I remember hearing about China already have done that years ago.
