TerrifyingRei 03/11/20 12:52:22 AM #1:	I enjoyed it. Saw a bunch of you didn't seem to like it, so here's my thoughts. I've never played a Castlevania game, so whatever lore it did or did not stick to did not matter to me, same as the previous seasons. The fights were beautifully done, and overall the animation quality seemed well done. Alucard's arc didn't really make sense to me, especially the end. Poor Hector Isaac seems like a pretty hefty nihilist but I dont mind seeing where that goes. St. Germain annoyed me but I think that's what they were going for. So yeah, I'll probably keep watching if they keep making it --- No faith in them, no faith in us. No fix for lifelong distrust. No faith in you, no faith in me. He too longed for companionship and was so damn happy when the twins came. He literally cried during sex. And then they fuck him over and he has to kill them and he's back to being a recluse, but kind of even worse because it makes him more distrusting of humans. Isaac was the main antagonist of that game, but the character design/backstory is completely different - they're both still forgemasters but in the game Isaac is a white dude with red hair, I think the story kicked off with Hector hunting Isaac for killing his wife or something. Hector's appearance in the show is pretty spot on but he's not a huge bitch in the game of course.
