At the moment I'm switching between a complete collection of Lovecraft stories and a collection of Conan stories by Robert E Howard. Something along similar lines would be cool but I'm open to any suggestions or genre. I'd like to have a few books in rotation so I can read a handful of stories a day without getting burnt out on one writer's style.

I think I have this somewhere but not read it yet. I liked The Hellbound Heart and some comic books he wrote so yeah I'll check this out.

I'm reluctant to try James Joyce again, he has some utterly amazing lines and paragraphs but I can't bring myself to commit to either of the books of his I've tried to read (Ulysses and Finnegan's Wake)

I've picked up an Arthur Machen collection and some Clark Ashton Smith, that has some poetry in it that I'm looking forward to checking out
