Let's assume that most voters won't be motivated by bracket votes, first of all.
Personally, I generally vote for the one I think I would like more, just based on my gaming history. First priority would be a game in the same series as one I liked. For example, I haven't played Dead Space 2, but I enjoyed the first one so I'll vote for that over Spiderman. I guess the genre and company play a role too. Familiarity isn't always a good thing, though. Sometimes I'll vote against a game I've played, even though I haven't played its opponent. I haven't played Overwatch, but I disliked Death Stranding, so I'll be voting against that. --- Congrats to Advokaiser, the new Guru champ! ... Copied to Clipboard!
