Suppose if I had 50 rolls of toilet paper, can I exchange 10 of them to some to some Chad for his girlfriend?

First off, anything can serve as a currency as a currency is, effectively, just a medium for trade and value. So monopoly money could serve 'as a valid currency'. We just all socially agree that it's worthless outside of the context of the game.

Secondly, no. What you are describing is barter which is different from a currency. Related, but different.

Thirdly. That would be prostitution/slavery and illegal.

Fourthly, even if it wasn't, TP isn't worth THAT much unless you have TP made of gold or he really doesn't value her at all.

Fifthly, no. It's not at that level yet.
