You should be able to get the Au out of it if you wanted. Even though its hardly any. Some 24k plated items are spread so thin and so cheaply there is no way you can separate it, making it useless.
This one is not like that. You can get it out of you know the process of separating and extracting precious metals. Also did you see its serial number? ... Copied to Clipboard!

I was wrong. Their formula for figuring out the value of a goldback is:
Au spot + 1000 +10% So, lets see. price of gold from Kitco 1,486.20+ 1,000 = 2486.20 + 248.20 = 2,734.40 / 1000 $2.73 Or their website calls it 2.76 but close enough https://goldback.com/ ... Copied to Clipboard!
