Current Events > I picked up Shadowrun Encounters. A press your luck dice/card game

Its petty fun. My brother and I played and then we played with out parents once.

• You get 6 dice and draw an encounter card
• Most encounter cards have a number you have to match. Lets say I get one that has a six. I roll my 6 dice and use a combo of 6 to put in it. (A single 6, two 3s, ect)
• If you match the number you keep the dice on that card and either stop to collect your money or press you luck and draw again and use the rest of your dice to try and match the next one.
• If you cant match it, you lose the money you made that turn
• If you use all dice you pick them all up and start again, but the next row is =2 gold per card and not 1. If you use them all again then the next one will be worth 3 each
• You can hire Shadowrunners to help you do things. 3s are wild for example

Its simple to learn and quick to play. Takes about 15-30 mins

Has anyone else here played this? What about the main game? I know about the video game series, but I know it's a Table Top RPG as well. I saw the big box when I got this one

My local game store. Well, it's not really local, it's a pretty big one in Portland
